DOXA Smart Recruitment Assistant
Description
DOXA is a smart recruitment assistant for both employers and applicants. It incorporates personality assessments like MBTI personality test which helps employers select the right mix of applicants to create a healthy workspace while saving costs. DOXA is equipped with an online interview portal that generates a report of candidates' performance during an interview to assist a recruiter with hiring. Recruiters can also add job postings, can get a list of potentially fit applicants. Applicants on the other hand can apply to job postings, take assessments and generate a CV based on a form.
